Question for the girls?

Is it true girl's tend to judge guys on the first time they see them? I know guys do that with girls but some guys tell me girls judge more about the guy's appearance, how he dresses, how tall he is and ext..and ext..My other question is, if you saw a guy from your school and he approached you 1 day and u were turned off by him and the next year he was in shape, looked a little more handsome and u saw him again what would u say to him?
