Very bad power loss in 2001 E250 ext when accelerating?

ughhh, i have no idea how to explain this. When you start the car, it starts. But then this fuzzy noise starts ringing right after i start the vehicle. Also when it comes to accelerating the fuzzy noise starts ringing again. I don't know if its a really bad fuel filter, i've added almsot 3 injector cleaners for the fuel into the gas tank, it helped a little. Also when its on drive, and i'm at a light, i've got the brake pushed in and the fuzzy noise starts ringing again.... and the van starts pushing a little...i need to drive this van towing a 24 ft trailer to calgary (44horus) i'm not looking to fix it at a mechanic as im a hands on type guy. if you could give me a really detailed answer i could be able to fix it myself, i will pray for you and your family!
