Do you think she likes me?

So last night I was at a banquet. There was this girl and she was hugging me, wanted me to dance with her, was talking to me, ext. I like her and we have been friends for YEARS. We have had are ups and downs but were on good terms now. Do yiou think she likes me? and I'm going to ask her out Monday, any tips. Were both 14/15 and we have been at parties together (like both invited) and we never danced. and she isnt the girl that just gives out hugs.
