How do I burn fat, without building a lot of muscle?

I know I will end up gaining some muscle, but I don't want to build a lot of it. My diet is fairly healthy; Whole grains, organic foods, fruits, veggies ext. with treats every once in a while (more than that lately :) So I'm not too worried about my diet. Please help though! :)
