I need an outside opinion on this relationship?? someone who is un-bais?

so I started dating this guy, and he is way cute and a heart throb and all that. but he has always been kinda a bad boy, and i have always been a good girl, good grades, good family, ext... he always wanted to go out since like fourth grade. but he was to rebel for me. well i decided to give him a chance, and it was just going to be a fun short relationship. nothing serious..... seven months later im so in love with him. he stopped drinking, and partying and stuff. and we can talk about anything, and i realized there is o much more to him than i had thought... but EVERYONE is sooo against it and thinks i could do better and he is ruining me and stuff... im only 17, and maybe im to young to know wat love is. but i wanna know, am i being stupid planning a future with this boy?? and when everyone is telling you to run the other way...is if foolish to hold on tighter??
