Serious boyfriend cheatingnquestion please help?

so my boyfriend and ibare buying a house.. we sign the papers next week and yeaterday i found texts on his phone from 6 different girls saying how he wants to see them give them a big kiss ext so i got really angry and we talked he claimed he did it because i didnt treat him the same. the texts go back to the middle of may..he cried and i cried and he claimed hed never do it again and apologizes all the time i feel like i have to watch his every move. he got these girls # s from a website i watched him delete his acct and delete their #s .. should i stay with him and trust him? ps he is with me all the time so i believe hes never met the girls.
