What number dose talk radar use?

Talk radar (a podcast) uses �877-404-1337 as there podcast hotline but I noticed that some other podcasts use this number as well. When you ring the number it asks you for the ext of the podcast. What I want to know is who runs this servise and how can you apply for a hotline number?
