Which Birmingham is referred to in Tori Amos's Playboy Mommy song?

Sources or evidence if possible please. Despite being from the uk I've always thought it to be the American one, I feel the song has that southern feel to it (yes I know she has a southern accent) but it sounds a lot more southern than the other songs from that album. Id really like to know.
