Sims 3 wont download HELP !?

So I brought my Sims 3 game from home to my cousins house in case I got bored while I was there. Everything was going good, I put the game in and it began downloading ext. So we decided to make a quick run to the store while it downloaded. When I returned the game wouldn't work. So I thought I could uninstall it and then Download it all over. After thinking I uninstalled it, I shut off the computer and cut it back on to Re-Download. Now when I put the disk in it continues to ask me "Do you want to remove all content of the game" Over and Over. So basicly, the game wont uninstall So that I would start over and Download it over. Please Help
